1. Introduction
Hydraulic Pipe bender with Electric motor & pressure gauge is a kind of super-high pressure oil pump which features compact constructure, small size, high pressure and convenient maintenance. It is an ideal hydraulic source of various hydraulic tools.

4. Operating instructions
i)Check the supplied parts according to packing list.
ii)Connect the high pressure hose, foot switch and a power source.
iii)Open the oil inlet(9) and input 8L of mechanical oil #10 into oil tank
4.After turn on the motor,Under the control of foot-operated switch ,activate the cylinder for several times
in the situation of no-load to discharge the gas in the pipeline.then the electric tools can work normally.
5:Notes:
The hydraulic oil must be 10# mechanical oil.
The volume of oil must surpass the oil mark line.
The electric pumps must be filtered by 80 dust gauze.it is advised that the oil must be renewed
and oil box should be cleared every 3 months.
After long time working,when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is over 70 degree,plz stop working,
and don't start working again until the hydraulic oil is cooling.
